In 2019, LOGIVAN was ready to start a large enterprise project. We had created the core technology and developed the operational know-how, but when I was sitting down with risk-averse business executives with decades of experience it was challenging to secure the first major contract. Of course, any cautious business executive would want to see a track record of success in an equally large-scale implementation before signing a deal, so how to get the first one? K3 helped overcome this hurdle by making a warm and enthusiastic introduction to the top level at a major company in their professional network, Calofic Oils, the largest manufacturer of edible oils in Vietnam, and this started Logivan's first major enterprise collaboration. The impressive results of the project and strengthened driver engagement quickly attracted other major brands to sign with LOGIVAN. Now, with the help and support of K3, LOGIVAN has grown to become the largest transportation partner of Calofic oils, implementing full digitization and optimisation to important distribution routes.
